Erin Gaulding is the Founder and Chief Visionary of Fireside Learning Academy. An entrepreneur, life and leadership coach, teacher, and mother, Erin is an unshakable optimist dedicated to empowering and developing the next generation of beautiful souls.
With a passion for pioneering a new approach to education, she leads Fireside’s mission to cultivate the unique gifts, strengths, and inner brilliance that every child has to offer the world. Erin believes learning should be joyful, holistic, and deeply connected, nurturing not just academics but the mind, body, and spirit of each student.
When she isn’t building Fireside’s vision, Erin can be found creating with her son, coaching leaders, and inspiring others to live with purpose, love, and unstoppable curiosity.
Alanna Starr Shimel is a passionate mother, author, and visionary dedicated to creating soul-centered learning experiences for families. As Fireside’s Community Relations Specialist, she brings warmth, wisdom, and deep presence to every connection.A certified clinical hypnotherapist and longtime ceremonialist, Alanna weaves emotional wellness, spirituality, and creativity into everything she does. She’s a Red Tent facilitator, sacred song carrier, and artist behind the EarthDNA Collection- known for her nature-based botanical art.Alanna believes in honoring the whole child: mind, body, heart, and spirit.
